How ordering works

You'll have a standing order — your regular weekly delivery, set up once when you join. Whatever you have on Tuesdays, you'll keep getting on Tuesdays, until you change it.

To change something: text Willie on 07957 292054 (or call 01475 673392) by 5pm for the following day's delivery. For bread or rolls, please give 48 hours notice.

If you're new and want to set up a round, get in touch — we'll come back to confirm what you'd like and which day to start.

Variable orders for businesses

Cafés, restaurants and nursing homes often have variable demand — one day three crates of pints, the next day five. We treat those orders as a maximum ceiling and the actual delivered quantity is recorded on the day. You only pay for what's delivered.

Payment

Most customers pay by bank transfer against a monthly invoice. About three quarters of invoices are emailed; printed invoices are still available if preferred. Doorstep cash is fine too.

A reference like WJB1234 goes on every invoice — quote it on the bank transfer and the payment matches automatically.

What we don't do (yet)

  • No card terminals on the float
  • No app — orders by phone or text
  • No same-day adds for bread or rolls (need 48 hrs)

If any of that matters, the easiest fix is usually a phone call. Get in touch.
